Subir Chakraborty
Mr. Subir Chakraborty did his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Madras in 1980. He worked for two years with Indian Aluminium Company Limited as an engineer, before joining IIM Calcutta to complete his Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Subsequently he worked in a few companies like Berger Paints, Balmer Lawrie and MSA India Ltd before joining Exide Industries Ltd in 1996 at the level of General Manager. Thereafter he went on to hold a series of senior level positions within Exide before being appointed as the Managing Director and CEO in 2021. Additionally, he is also the Chairman of the Board of various other companies such as Chloride International Ltd, Chloride Metals Ltd, Chloride Batteries Battery S E Asia Pte Ltd - Singapore and Espex Batteries Ltd - UK.
He is deeply involved in business bodies / associations and is the present Senior Vice- President of Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He remains interested in academic pursuits and has been a guest faculty at several management institutions of repute.

Arun Mittal
Arun Mittal has served as Director - Automotive, Exide Industries Ltd. since 2019 and has been a whole-time Director since 10th May 2016. He had been Director - Industrial, Exide Industries Ltd. since 1st May 2016 until 2019. Mr. Mittal serves as a Director of Exide Leclanché Energy Pvt. Ltd., Chloride Power Systems and Solutions Ltd., Chloride Metals Ltd. and ABML Ceylon. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Before holding the position of whole-time Director, he had been Executive Vice President-FMIB and Telecom Divisions of the Company. Mr. Mittal has been with the Company since 1st November 1993 and has rich experience across various functions of the Company, with in-depth knowledge of best practices. A veteran of the industry for more than two decades, he has a distinguished track record of formulating and implementing successful strategies to effect high business growth.

Ashish Kumar Mukherjee
Mr. A. K. Mukherjee is a Chartered Accountant and also a Cost Accountant and has a wide range of experience in financial and accounting matters. He joined the Exide Industries Limited in 1998 and has been on the Exide's Board since October 2005 in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer and since1st May, 2007 in the capacity of Whole Time Director. He was nominated as the best performing CFO Auto and Auto Ancillaries Sector by CNBC - TV 18 in 2008-09. He was also nominated as the Best Transformation Agent (Large Companies) by Business Today in association with Yes Bank in 2013-14.

Surin Kapadia
Surin Kapadia is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Partner of M/s G. M. Kapadia & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is Head of the firm's transaction advisory and valuation practices. He is also an integral part of the consultancy and corporate law practices of the firm and is actively involved in rendering value-added professional services. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of taxation, exchange control laws, mergers & acquisitions and valuation.

Ms. Desai is a Graduate in Psychology and holds a Law Degree from the Government Law College, Mumbai. She is a solicitor and legal practitioner and a Member of the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Surender Narula carries 29 years of rich experience with a demonstrated history of working with Electrical & Automotive Industry including SAMTEL, Anand Group, Tenneco Automotive, Minda, TATA Group, Magneti Marelli & SIAC JV Cos and SURIN Group. He has completed his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and holds PGDM from MDI, Gurgaon. His expertise lies in Business Development, Engineering, Program Management, Operations and Finance with P&L in Automotive and Engineering multinational corporations. Since last 16 years, he is leading the positions of Plant Head, SBU Head, CEO & Business Group Head in medium to large scale organizations.

Mehul Shah looks after the Transportation Business Unit of Nexcharge. He possesses a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Management and Diploma in Finance. In last 28 years he was associated with electrical industry and Tier1, Tier2 Automotive industry serving with Molex, Delphi Connection Systems, ABB and Raychem in various capacities as Business Development, Plant Operations and P & L responsibility.

Sandeep brings with him 18+ years of rich experience in various companies including Hanon Automotive Systems India Pvt. Ltd., Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. and Warm Forging Pvt. Ltd. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations. His areas of expertise are Capacity Planning & Production (New and Existing Business), Process Engineering and Continuous Improvement.

Poonam Mishra devoted her career in supporting the organizations as a strategic Business Partner in achievement of its business goals by channeling valuable resource - people. Currently she is The Head- HR of Nexcharge. She brings with her 26 years of rich experience in various MNCs including Japanese, French, German, Danish and US MNC. She holds MSW, LLB (Labour Laws), Special LLB and is a seasoned HR professional having a very wide experience in handling Human Resources dept. of medium to large scale organizations.

Raj has more than 18 plus years of rich experience in quality department with a demonstrated history of working in the Automotive, Aerospace, Power Electronics & Lithium-Ion Energy Storage industries. Skilled in Process Re-engineering, Process Standardisation, Corporate Quality, Strategy Formulation, Management Information System (MIS), and Team Management. He has worked with diverse companies such as Exicom Ltd, Honeywell International Inc, Volvo India Pvt Ltd & Wipro Infrastructure Ltd to name few. Strong quality assurance professional with Technical and Management background.
